Is it just me?!
A common belief many of us hold at work is that everyone else seems to be going along with the way things are… so if things don’t seem to make sense, it must just be me! Best to go with the flow ... realistically, there’s not much I can do ... it’s just the way it is.
The more we go along with the way things are, despite our misgivings, the more we feed into a Pattern of Pretence - making it harder for anyone to question the accepted norms - and the tighter we lock ourselves and each other into The Culture Trap.
The good news? Whilst this is utterly predictable… it isn’t inevitable! So how do you liberate yourself and your teams from The Culture Trap?
