Dr Jeanne Hardacre, Founder, BeTheCultureChange™
Dr Jeanne Hardacre is the founder of BeTheCultureChange™ and author of The Culture Trap.
Most workplace culture problems aren’t caused by “problematic” people, but by unhealthy power dynamics. Jeanne helps leaders and teams understand how well-intentioned people often find themselves in troubled, tense or toxic workplace dynamics. She coaches them in how to jointly create more trusting, innovative, effective and human workplace cultures.
With over 30 years of experience across management, research and organisational consulting, Jeanne has supported tens of thousands of leaders, managers and team members, across business, industrial, public and not-for-profit sectors.
Her work is also shaped by first-hand insight into the consequences of harmful power dynamics — including situations where whistleblowing becomes the only ethical option. Her dismay at the human harm in so many workplaces - and her insights into how this can be avoided - led her to develop the H.U.M.A.N. Culture Change Compass™ and write The Culture Trap.
Jeanne’s approach is known for being incisive, warm, candid and down-to-earth. She works independently, which provides the freedom and autonomy to offer clear, honest insights, supporting people to work and lead with greater confidence, integrity and positive impact.
